Great Price Razor Dune Buggy

Razor Dune Buggy Review

I bought the Razor Dune Buggy for my 8 year old son for Christmas. I looked at other dune buggies but was not at all interested in gas powered ones (way to smelly and dangerous). I was looking for something that did NOT look like a toy (no Fisher Price plastic ride-on electric motorcycle type stuff). But I also did not want something that was too powerful. This Razor buggy is perfect. It goes fast enough to give him a thrill but not so fast to make me worry. It charges up overnight and he can ride it for 45 minutes which is plenty of time. From the picture of the buggy it looks short, like your child's knees will be bent when riding it. Turns out, it fits him just fine (he's average height for an 8 year old), he is perfectly comfortable on it and his knees are not bent too much and they are not in the way of the steering wheel. We've owned it for 2 months and love it. IMPORTANT THING TO KNOW: if the weather is going to be below 32 degrees outside at night you can't leave it outside (or even in the garage). Below-freezing temperature drains the battery life. So we store it in the utility room in the winter at night. It weighs about 70 pounds (not light!) so moving it into our utility room at night is a little cumbersome. It's worth it though b/c he loves it. You can't put a price on his delighted laugh everytime he rides it!

Razor Ground Force Electric Go-Kart Review

My son got this for his 8th birthday, and he loves it! Assembly was a snap, since almost everything was already put together. The manual (as others have said) is a joke - they've changed the design of the cart since the manual was written, and the updates aren't in the printout (or on the web site). There's conflicting info about how to charge the cart too - but I figure it should just be treated like any other rechargeable battery. You'll need a large smooth paved area for this cart - it doesn't work too well on uneven or rough pavement, and though it can go through packed gravel, I don't think it's a good idea. So far it's been quite durable, keeps a charge for a reasonable amount of play - we feel it was a good purchase and well worth the money.

Check Out Razor Ground Force Drifter Kart for $243.54

Razor Ground Force Drifter Kart Review

I bought this for my 7-year old son and he LOVES it! I rode it once and almost wiped out, so I think I'll stay off of it. The only thing we have a problem with is the seat belt. My son is skinny, but very tall and if we put the seat belt over his shoulder, it doesn't fit. He just doesn't use the shoulder strap, but he still buckles himself in at the waist. Even though the max speed is 12 mph, it still feels like you're going pretty fast. I would recommend this to anyone!

Check Out Razor Siege Caster Scooter for $59.95

Razor Siege Caster Scooter Review

My Son has had a "normal" razor scooter for 2 years, which he rides ALL THE TIME! It is amazing that it is still in one piece. He really wanted this one, so I purchased it for his birthday on June 10th. He LOVES all the things it does that the other one doesn't. It is very durable (so far) and he beats it up pretty good. He likes scooters because of the stability of the handles. He doesn't ride skateboards that much, due to confidence. I would highly recommend this scooter to any kid who is ready to move up from a normal scooter. It took him only a little bit to get used to the feel of it and he LOVES it!!!

Check Out Razor Ground Force Drifter Kart for $244.54

Razor Ground Force Drifter Kart Review

I just got this for my kids, who are 5, 7, and 14. They love it! The 180 degree turns are fun, but it can also be controlled at slower speeds. My 5 year old isn't ready to go all out yet, and he uses the throttle lightly for a slower ride. It seems very safe as long as it's used away from traffic and obstacles. Definitely for paved areas, not grass.

Charge time is 12 hours, so it can only be used once a day in general. It was 40 degrees F today (about 4 degrees C) and we had it out for an hour. With downtime for changing riders, I'm guessing it lasted for about 40 minutes of ride time. Maybe it'll last longer in warmer weather.

It went noticeably slower with the 140 lb. 14 year old riding, but was still fun for him. Razor tends to give age recommendations that seem high. This is probably good for ages 5 - 12. Teens will want something more powerful.

Check Out Razor Ground Force Electric Go-Kart

Check Out Razor Dune Buggy

Great Price Razor Siege Caster Scooter

Great Price Razor Rip-Rider 360 Drifting Ride-On

Razor Rip-Rider 360 Drifting Ride-On Review

My 10-yr-old daughter LOVES this toy! She has balance issues and was often left on the sidelines when her friendw in the neighborhood would go out bike riding - but now they not only want her to join them - they can't wait to get a turn on this cool vehicle as well!

My daughter is a little tall for her age - which I thought might be a problem - but she and her same-aged friends seem to not mind a big! I love hearing her giggle as she zips around our parking lot and then starts spinning - It looks like so much fun, that I wish there was one of these in adult size! I know the other parents who watch the kids zipping around also seem jealous - so Razor, make one of these for us "bigger kids"!

Check Out Razor Ground Force Drifter Kart for $245.54
